About the event
Christine Taurer from Honu Wellness will be joining me to provide a holistic approach to stress management. Beyond nutrition, and exercise we'll touch on the many ways you can build resilitency, strengthten your immune system, and create a life of wellness amidst the chaos of COVID and other pressures that you may feel are weiging you down. We will discuss how mindfulness and meditation can provide a base of peace as you move through challenges in life. You'll be introduced to tools that build immunity that you can incorporate into your daily routine, and we'll help you maneuver through your environment to identify stressors and create boundaries and internal mechanisms with which to build a more harmonious life.
